FLOOR.MATH¶

Rounds a number down to the nearest integer or multiple of significance.
Syntax¶
=FLOOR.MATH(number, [significance], [mode])
Arguments¶

Returns¶
Returns the number rounded down to a multiple of significance (scalar). A non-numeric number returns a #VALUE! error; a significance of 0 returns 0.

Notes¶
- The sign of significance is ignored (absolute value used).
- All arguments accept arrays and are computed element-wise, spilling an array of the same shape — scalars are broadcast, a column vector × a row vector expands to their outer product, size-mismatched elements yield #N/A, and an error element returns that error.
